National Pipeline Company Ltd
National Pipeline Company Ltd (NPC) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of UNOC established to hold and manage UNOC's 15% participating interest in the East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) project.
Holds UNOC's 15% equity stake in the EACOP project
The EACOP is the world's longest electrically heated crude oil pipeline at 1,443 km
Pipeline runs from Kabaale, Uganda to Tanga Port, Tanzania
Designed to transport 246,000 barrels of crude oil per day at peak capacity
NPC participates in all EACOP governance and operational decisions
Contributes to Uganda's midstream petroleum infrastructure development
Uganda Refinery Holdings Company Ltd
Uganda Refinery Holdings Company Ltd (URHC) is a wholly-owned subsidiary established to hold UNOC's interests in the Kabaale Industrial Park (KIP) and the proposed Uganda Oil Refinery.

Manages UNOC's stake in the proposed Uganda Oil Refinery project
The refinery is designed to process up to 60,000 barrels per day
