Project Overview

A hub for national energy

The Kabaale Industrial Park is strategically located in Hoima District, approximately 290 km west of Kampala. It serves as the anchor infrastructure for Uganda's petroleum sector, bringing together the refinery, pipeline terminal, airport, and SEZ in one integrated hub.

The park is managed by the Kabaale Industrial Park Development Company (KIPDC) and is designed to attract both domestic and international investment in petroleum-related industries, creating thousands of jobs and driving economic transformation in western Uganda.
